“Two new lawsuits have been filed against University Hospitals relating to the fertility clinic failure that destroyed the viability of more than 4,000 eggs and embryos nearly two years ago.According to the law firm of Peiffer Wolf Carr and Kane, the cases were filed Wednesday in the Geauga County Court of Common Pleas.One of the lawsuits involves a couple with no children who lost nine eggs.The second lawsuit involves a Toledo-area couple who lost five embryos.”#fertilitycenter #fertility #embryo #uhfc #universityhospitals ...
